Doctor Jayne here – how we think and talk to ourselves matters! Being mindful of our inner dialogue means validating the thoughts, beliefs, desires that are important to us - it's like honoring who we truly are. So let's take a moment today to acknowledge ourselves with kindness and respect - because in doing so, we'll embrace all that makes us unique!


Instead of suppressing our feelings and pain, we actively recognize what we're feeling in order to nip any potential issues in the bud. By being proactive with managing emotions, it can help keep us healthy both mentally and physically – long-term!


Self-kindness is important in both our personal and professional lives. Show yourself some love by taking mindful moments to be aware of yourself, take responsibility for your words/actions, nourish yourself with acts of self care (like investing in hobbies you enjoy or pampering yourself!), show gratitude towards the positive things around us and practice kindness through random acts - not just other people but also ourselves!
